The teaser of Pippa is out now. The film is based on the true story of India’s war against the Pakistani forces on the Eastern front of the border.
The teaser sparks a strong fact which says that never in history has any country fought for the independence of another country. India is indeed the first nation to do so when it fought for the liberation of Bangladesh.
The film is inspired by The Burning Chaffees by Brigadier Balram Singh Mehta. It tells the story of 48 hours of combat between the enemy forces popularly known as the Battle Of Garibpur.
The film’s title may appear to be a little strange but it is actually the pet name of a Russian war tank PT-76. Also, it primarily focuses on the story of three siblings who fought the war.
Regardless, the music of the film is given by the legendary composer AR Rahman himself. It is directed by Raja Krishna Menon and produced by Ronnie Screwvala along with Siddharth Roy Kapoor.
Apart from Ishaan Khatter, it stars Mrunal Thakur, Priyanshu Painyuli, and Soni Razdan.
The film is scheduled to release on 2nd December 2022. Today was the finest possible day to release the teaser and thankfully the makers have grabbed the opportunity.
