Netflix is known for making ground breaking documentaries and they excel at that art. After exposing many cases and stories, they are now ready with their documentary on one of the biggest porn websites Pornhub.
It will be titled “Money Shot: The Pornhub Story”. It will be a documentary film based on how Pornhub changed the way porn content is consumed by the audience.
Unfortunately, porn is the most consumed content on the web and it is only growing in an upward trend. One of the most disgusting and alarming facts about Pornhub is the presence of non-consensual videos that can easily be used as a weapon against those featured in those videos.
The official synopsis of the film reads, “As anti-trafficking organizations seek justice for victims, can the online giant protect those from whom they profit, or is this a new wave of censorship for adult performers making consensual porn?”
So the major point of the documentary film is the controversy and evil that it carries.
Regardless, if the documentary is well made and reaches a wide audience then it can be a sort of alarm for the consumers of porn. The same way it was for social media after “The Social Dilemma”.
The film will be around 90 minutes long and you can stream it starting on the 15th of March.
