SS Rajamouli‘s RRR has started its promotions after the COVID second wave releasing a new poster of the film. NTR and Ram Charan are seen on a bike looking like a perfect Jodi of Bromance. It is interesting to note that the makers are still sticking to the ‘October 13th’ release date for the film. We can see that on the film’s poster released today.
They also announced that the movie shooting has been complete except for two songs. They further added that both the stars have already finished dubbing in two languages. We are three and a half months away from the October 13th release. The question here is if the shooting and post-production works can be completed by then.
Even if they are completed, the major challenge is the massive release across the length and breadth of the country. The situation should be normal in every state and the theaters should be running at 100% occupancy. This is highly doubtable given the ongoing conditions now. Moreover, there are apprehensions of a possible third wave in India by that time. October 13th release looks next to impossible!
It looks like Rajamouli is still bidding time to announce the postponement. But then, he should have at least removed the date from the poster!
