Any further delay will lead to a situation that all the good dates will be occupied by Bollywood dates increasing problems in the Hindi markets. At this juncture, the RRR team is giving leaks that RRR will be released on January 12th, 2022. However, Prabhas Radhe Shyam has already been announced for January 14th.
Rajamouli has tried to convince Prabhas to postpone the film hoping that Prabhas will repay him for delivering a massive blockbuster like Baahubali. However, Radhe Shyam Makers said no to Rajamouli and clarified that their film will be released on January 14th, 2022 as announced earlier.
They say that Radhe Shyam’s team has announced a January 14th after consultations with the RRR team. Now their argument is that if Rajamouli changes his mind or situations are against the RRR team, why should they suffer. This will put the RRR team in a spot of bother. It will be difficult for Rajamouli to lock a good date for RRR which will give a good run in all the markets. Already the markets are hampered when compared to Pre-COVID times. So, the road ahead is not smooth for Rajamouli.
