REJCTX Trailer Talk: Better Than The First

The second trailer of Zee5 Original’s new series RejctX extends on the first one by highlighting individual characters. But more importantly, it shows what the show is all about.

The thriller element of the musical cum coming of the age drama set in Jefferson World School is revealed. The character Aarav is missing, and it has got everyone messed up. These ‘everyone’ happens to be a bunch of misfits in the society who have formed a band together named RejctX.

The music and the whole trailer cut is slick and instantly eye-grabbing. However, the misfits look like clichéd characters picked up from various stratus of society and brought together under one roof. It appears more sensationalists in nature. Without proper depth in background and writing, these sorts of attempts fail quickly. Let’s hope that is not the case here.

Goldie Behl is the creator of the series which seems to be mounted on a big scale. The music is appealing based on the two trailers. The cast is also promising with a few notable names being present. Take a look at the second trailer below. RejctX streams on Zee5 from July 25th.
