Yesterday, we had given you the top six Indian films and series releasing this week. Likewise, the current week also has some eagerly anticipated foreign OTT titles coming up. For this article, we have collated a list of top foreign OTT titles streaming on Indian OTT platforms this week.
Hypnotic (Streaming on Netflix from 27th October)
This Netflix psychological-horror-thriller film revolves around a woman (played by Kate Siegel) who takes help from a renowned hypnotherapist (Jason O’Mara) as a way of dealing with her past trauma. However, she gets more than what she had bargained for when these intense hypnotherapy sessions result in dangerous and unanticipated consequences.
Army of Thieves (Streaming on Netflix from 29th October)
The film is a prequel to this year’s zombie heist film ‘Army of the Dead’ helmed by Zack Snyder. ‘Army of Thieves’ is directed by Matthias Schweighöfer, who reprises his role as the German safecracker Ludwig Dieter from the parent film, but this time as the film’s lead actor. The prequel is set six years before the events of ‘Army of the Dead’ and amidst the onset of the zombie apocalypse. In the film, Ludwig, a bank teller, is assigned a mission by a mysterious woman, to execute a virtually impossible heist.
Maradona: Blessed Dream (Streaming on Amazon Prime Video from 29th October)
This Amazon original biopic series narrates the story of legendary Argentinean football player Diego Armando Maradona right from his humble beginnings to his game-changing career through Barcelona and Napoli, and his role in Mexico’s national team in winning the World Cup in the year 1986. In India, the series is expected to release with dubs in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Malayalam, and English languages.
