His parents are Devendra and Poorva Gupta. Plus, he has an elder brother, Dabbu, and a younger sister, Chitti. His best friend, Shanky, is not that old. Yet he never misses an opportunity to express his views on any topic. We see the simple yet lovable Gupta family experiencing several trials and tribulations in their daily lives in the show.

Aspirants is one of the top-rated shows on IMDb (9.2). The story revolves around three friends – Abhilash Sharma, Shwet Ketu Jha (SK), and Gurpreet Singh (Guri), who also happen to be UPSC aspirants. The trio resides in Rajendra Nagar, Delhi and works hard to crack one of the toughest competitive exams in the country. After a few years, their paths get separated. Where are they now? Coming up with a business idea is easy, but its execution requires a lot of hard work and sacrifice.

The show has received acclaim for its hard-hitting depiction of the lives of the students living in Kota and the pressure they face while preparing for competitive exams. And its black-and-white tone works like a cherry on top of a cake.
