For, the Malayalam superstar has just announced that his next film will be with the stellar filmmaker, Lijo Jose Pellisseri. The exciting combination is the wildest dreams coming true for Mohanlal fans, who’ve long wished to see the two stalwarts come together for a film.
Mohanlal’s film with Lijo Jose Pellissery will be jointly produced by John And Mary Creative, Century Films, and Max Labs. There’s no word on the title of the film or its premise. But knowing Lijo Jose Pellissery and his exciting body of work, it’s certain that the talented director’s first film with Mohanlal will have a plot off the beaten path.
For those who don’t know, Lijo Jose Pellissery has earlier made films like Angamaly Diaries, Jallikattu and Churuli, all three of which received rousing accolades from industry folk, critics and audiences alike.
