Venkatesh Daggubati has just revealed the title and first glimpse of his upcoming new film, which was tentatively titled ‘Venkatesh 75’ until now. Well, Venkatesh 75 is called ‘Saindhav’, and it will be the 75th film of Venkatesh’s glowing film career. The shoot of ‘Saindhav’ is slated to begin soon.
The actor also shared a riveting first glimpse of ‘Saindhav’, which hints that the film is an action thriller. In the ‘Saindhav’ glimpse, Venkatesh seems to play a vigilante of sorts in the film, who’s adept at bashing up several goons at a go. The first glimpse of ‘Saindhav’ also centres on a syringe, kept in a cold storage box meant for vaccines. The syringe is filled with an unnamed material, and is likely the crux of the movie plot. ‘Saindhav’ is set in the backdrop of Chandraprastha, a fictional port city in India.
The ‘Saindhav’ glimpse is accompanied with energetic and dynamic background music, scored by Santhosh Narayanan, music director of the film. ‘Saindhav’ is a Niharika Entertainments production. There’s no word on the rest of the cast for ‘Saindhav’, but reportedly, stars from multiple film industries will be roped in for the pan-India film.
Director of ‘Saindhav’, Sailesh Kolanu, declared on his social media handles after the release of the first glimpse, “P.S If you watch the video carefully, I have told you what’s the plot :)”. Venkatesh merely stated that it is a very special film for him.
