While fans are still waiting on Vijay Deverakonda and Puri Jagannadh’s sports drama film ‘Liger’, the Telugu star has reunited with director for his next ‘Jana Gana Mana’. Marking their second pan Indian collaboration, ‘Jana Gana Mana’ will release in theatres on 3rd August, 2023.

‘Jana Gana Mana’ will start shooting in April and going by the name and poster, it looks like an action entertainer patriotic film. While Ananya Pandey will star alongside Deverakonda in ‘Liger’, reports suggest Jahnvi Kapoor to be the female lead for JGM.
Puri Jagannadh, Charmme Kaur and Vamshi Paidipally are bankrolling JGM and the production companies behind the film are Puri Connects and Srikara Studios.
Touted as a pan India film JGM will release in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam. JGM will have a worldwide release in cinemas on 3rd August, 2023.
