To precisely quantify the anticipation around a web series before its release, one way is to observe the total number of views for the series’ official trailer released on YouTube. Another parameter can also be the number of likes (or dislikes) that the series’ trailer had garnered.
However, both these quantifications cannot probably be fool-proof and totally reliable parameters to gauge a web series’ actual anticipation level amongst prospective viewers.
