Zack Snyder is known for the grand scale on which he makes his titles. Army of the Dead is another one of those films which have a dark vibe to it but with a unique twist.
Army of the Dead follows a zombie outbreak in Las Vegas but wait for the twist. A group of mercenaries take a huge gamble and enter into the quarantine zone for what is the scariest heist ever.
Army of the Dead is the brainchild of Zack Snyder as he has written as well as directed the film. Zack Snyder has always been a visionary when it comes to such projects and the DC fans are especially excited about the Snyder Cut that is going to be made available soon.
Army of the Dead is made on a huge budget of $70 – $90 million and boasts of an impressive cast. Dave Bautista, Ella Purnell, Ana de la Reguera, Matthias Schwieghofer, Nora Arnezeder, Hiroyuki Sanada, Raul Castilo, Michael Cassidy and Garret Dillahunt play pivotal roles in this film.
Huma Qureshi also has a small role in this film. While the short teaser doesn’t reveal a lot of the storyline it certainly helped build up certain anticipation amongst the audiences.
There is still no sight of the Huma Qureshi in the teaser and all that one gets to see Las Vegas in all its glamour and glory which slowly turns into a quarantine zone after the Zombie Epidemic starts to spread amongst its residents.
Army Of The Dead will release on Netflix on 21st May.
