Netflix is easily the most prolific streaming platform in the world. The amount of new content it streams in just a month is way more than the content streamed by other OTT platforms in the entire year!
Every month, tons of new titles arrive on Netflix India. The content that Netflix streams includes a mix of titles it borrows from third parties, and its own commissioned original content. The streaming giant commissions titles in every region of the world. When it comes to diversity in regions, languages and cultures in OTT content, Netflix beats every other streaming platform hollow.
Netflix’s penchant for diversity means that it has movies and shows from both ends of the world that is from Mexico in the West, to Japan in the East; from Finland in the North to Argentina in the South.
This month, that is June 2021, Netflix has Dhanush’s buzzing crime thriller Jagame Thandhiram premiering on the platform. There’s also Skater Girl and Ray, the anthology series paying homage to the maestro Satyajit Ray. French crime series Lupin returns with Part 2, Too Handle To Handle has a new season coming up this month. There are also films from Indonesia, Africa, UAE, among others, making their debut on Netflix.
