Team RRR had recently dropped a new poster, publicizing that the theatrical trailer of the film will be arriving on the 3rd of December. Given the fact that RRR is one of the most awaited films in Indian cinema, the trailer launch had garnered the attention of the pan-India audience. The stakes are particularly high on the trailer. However, the latest updates are implying that there are major changes in RRR’s trailer release plans and sadly for those who’ve been eagerly waiting, the trailer won’t be arriving on the 3rd of December.
For undisclosed reasons, team RRR has reportedly decided not to release the trailer on the 3rd of December. A few say that Rajamouli is not fully satisfied with the current trailer cut and he is willing to take more time to sculpt a well-rounded trailer that lives up to the magnanimous hype surrounding the same. If that really is the case, then a delay in the trailer’s release is imminent. Rajamouli doesn’t settle for anything less than perfect and he simply wouldn’t be interested in rolling out a trailer that he doesn’t fully believe in. He is one such filmmaker who believes in ‘delay is better than discontentment’.
That said, team RRR is yet to confirm whether or not the trailer’s release has been postponed indefinitely. We need to wait for the same before drawing any conclusions.
RRR is promoted as India’s biggest action drama. It marks the coming together of Rajamouli, Ram Charan, Jr NTR, Alia Bhatt, Ajay Devgan, and others. The film is announced for worldwide theatrical release on the 7th of January.
