Leading OTT Platform, SonyLIV has started taking the Telugu market seriously. Recently, we had Vivaha Bhojanambu (Starring Telugu comedian Satya and produced by hero Sundeep Kishan) releasing directly on the platform. Now, the OTT platform has lined up another release. A small movie, Priyuralu will have its direct OTT release on SonyLIV on September 17th. It will start streaming on the platform at the stroke of midnight today (September 16th).
The movie Priyuralu starring Prudhvi Medavaram, Kaushik Reddy, Kalpala Mounika, and Kamakshi Bhaskar as the hero and heroine is being directed by Rama Raju. Rama Raju and Ajay Karlapudi have jointly produced the film on Rama Raju Cinema Banner. Going by the film’s trailer, the movie’s theme is all about ‘Love is Romance, Love is Honesty, and Love is Dilemma’.
It has references to Extra-martial love and extra-marital affairs. The Priyuralu Movietrailer is stuffed with steamy season and dialogues. Sunil Kashyap has composed music for the film. SonyLIV’s first Direct-to-OTT venture, Vivaha Bhojanambu did not augur well for the OTT platform. They are confident that this film will do the trick for them. The platform is of the opinion that the youthful content of the film will impress the OTT audience despite the movie having a new cast.
