Red Notice, the new action thriller starring Dwayne Johnson, Ryan Reynolds and Gal Gadot is now the biggest opening on Netflix.
Mind you that the film got released on 12th November and received a highly positive response from the audience. However, the critics were expecting a lot of other things such as innovative story, reasonable action. But the film was targeted to be a mass entertainer nonetheless.
Earlier the record opening was held by Extraction (2020) with 99 million views. To the delight of the Red Notice makers, this film is now the highest record opener. We are not sure about the numbers yet because Ryan Reynolds just shared it on his twitter handle. But, this is likely as well, given the fact that Red Notice was a highly awaited film.
In this movie, Ryan Reynolds plays a sophisticated thief who steals one of the three Cleopatra’s eggs. Interpol releases a Red Notice for his arrest. FBI profiler John Hartley and Interpol officer arrest Ryan. But, the egg again goes missing and this time the fingers are raised on John. John is sent to prison to accompany Booth, played by Reynolds.
But to their surprise, The Bishop (Gal Gadot) comes into play. She is a notorious thief who is also after Cleopatra’s eggs.
So, if you think you would like such a plot then it can be a good movie for you. But, you will have to give your brain cells a rest as this film is not choreographed by using logic and reason.
