Rosidea Rosa, a Lisbon girl just 10 years old, faces adventures and misadventures for money and survival that usually end in unbelievable trouble. Rosidea has a friend called Rogério, a boy with a blue scarf, who secretly admires her and deep down, is more than just a friend to her.
