Tex Dinoco endeavors to create a racing event (The Fireball Beach Extravaganza) to show off the ten best performing ‘Next-Gen’ rookies from the Piston Cup season powered by Dinoco fuel to show its capabilities outside of an oval track. While doing so, he temporarily takes Lightning McQueen out of retirement to prove to the world that old #95 is still capable of winning races— it takes a lot more than fancy fuel to win a race.
