On the night of a big show, drag performer Des steps outside to smoke a cigarette—when Matt recognizes them. He strikes up a conversation; Matt and Des knew each other in the past, but have since lost touch. They make plans to catch up, and over the course of a night, Des and Matt have an intense reunion. But Des is a Black trans femme drag queen, and Matt is a white, young professional gay boy. Could their differences help bring them together, or will they get in the way?
