Angrezi Medium is a spiritual sequel to the earlier Hindi Medium. Champaklal (Irrfan Khan) is an assuming mithaiwala who lives in Delhi and has a daughter (Radhika Madan) who wants to go to England to pursue further studies. Champaklal moves heaven and earth to make his daughter’s wish come true. The story follows Champaklal’s efforts to secure his daughter’s admission in the English University of her choice, and the hilarious sub-plots that follow.
