Northern Sweden in the middle of the 19th century. Seven children lose their parents, and to avoid the poor-house, they start on a long walk over the mountains to find a better life. 12-year old Ante has promised their mother to take care of his brothers and sisters and with the help of the milk from their goat Gullspira… Will they make it ?
