The price of oil has tanked, and layoffs are announced at the energy company for which new engineer Wendy Fong works. At her small, isolated field office in the dead of winter, team morale deteriorates with both humorous, and heartbreaking, results. With support, and often-questionable guidance from her co-workers, Wendy must navigate personal ethics and corporate industry within one of the world’s most controversial industries.
