Netflix Original film ‘Darlings‘ is centered on Badru, aka Badrunissa, her protective mother Shamsu, aka Shamsunissa, and their struggle to get the better of Badru’s violently abusive husband Hamza. They are aided in their mission by a concerned neighbor, Zulfi.
Badru is in an abusive marriage with Hamza, who is an alcoholic. One day when things take a turn for the worse, Badru plans with her single mother Shamshu & kidnaps Hamza to teach him a lesson that may put his life in danger.
