A headstrong trans teenager is propelled into their hangover when a reckless decision to have sex without a condom triggers an urgent need for the ‘morning after’ pill. Under the harsh fluorescent lights of a local pharmacy, they answer a series of invasive questions posed by an older chemist who fails to see Brig for who they are. Unsupported by the healthcare system, Brig must seek out help though unconventional means – and, in doing so, learn to let their guard down without the fear of hurting others.
