Kings of Jo’Burg is a South African Netflix original drama series. It has been created by Shona Ferguson. The series is all set to premiere on Netflix on 4th December 2020.
Synopsis:
Kings of Jo’Burg is a crime drama set in Johannesburg, South Africa. The show follows a crime family of Masires who have had a fallout due to some actions in the past. The family is led by Simon Masire who is a businessman and acts as the head of the family. He has a younger brother named Mogomotsi Masire who is released from prison as he took the responsibilities for the family and sacrificed himself to save them. Now the family is reunited and decides to plan something big, but an old family curse is in their way to stop them.
With the glamour life, the Masire family has been living, there lies a deep and sinister secret which holds the power to destroy them from the root.
