A poignant take on the many nuances that define motherhood, Mentalhood is a web series that tells the story of six mothers as they navigate the sometimes blissful, sometimes painful journey of motherhood. All six mothers are as different as chalk from cheese – well, one is a father – with unique quirks and eccentricities that they leverage in their daily motherhood antics. Meira (Karisma Kapoor) is a former Miss Kanpur and current Ms Upwardly Mobile mom. Namrata (Shilpa Shukla) is a working mom, balancing both with elan. Anuja (Sandhya Mridul) is the helicopter mom, wanting her kids to be the best at everything; so on and so forth. The series has a stellar cast comprising Karisma Kapoor, Shruti Seth, Shilpa Shukla, Sanjay Suri, Sandhya Mridul, Tillotama Shome, Dino Morea and Krutika Desai. It has been directed by Karishma Kohli.
