Bernard and Miss Bianca head out to Salt City to rescue a young boy from the criminal mastermind, T-Flint, who wants to get his hands on five gems hidden in the dangerous Salt Mines. When Bernard is captured, Miss Bianca befriends the boy and she becomes his guardian angel. The two must stop T-Flint from getting the gems for himself.
