This performance of Boublil and Schönberg’s award-winning musical Miss Saigon — staged in Manila at the Cultural Center of the Philippines in 2000 — tells the epic and tragic tale of a young Vietnamese bar girl, Kim, who falls in love with Chris, an American GI, as their lives are torn apart by the fall of Saigon.
