Stan Laurel and Oliver Hardy filmed this movie speaking German themselves, because it was hard to dub. So it can be seen as an own film.
It is a combination of the original “Berth Marks” and “The Laurel-Hardy-Murder-Case”.
The Spanish version of it is called “Noche de duendes”.
