In the eighth year of the war in the East, it is already obvious that if the reintegration of the occupied territories still retains any meaning, it consists mainly in the economic plane. Since there is practically no common conceptual, political, social, interethnic and even religious discourse between the ORDLO and the rest of Ukraine. It is the economic aspects of the functioning of the occupied Donbass that our project “The Price of conflict” is dedicated to. It is built through the prism of studying the situation at specific Ukrainian enterprises and single bridges that previously worked with the occupied areas of Donbass, as well as interviews with owners, managers and just employees of enterprises that remained on the other side of the front.
