The movie follows Private JEON, Nak-man, 23-year-old civil service man, in 1987 when Korea was in a confused political stage. Nak-man struggles in the army and is forced to abuse inmates at the installation confinement facility. Through his army life Nak-man realizes the problem of society and fights against it.
