Happy-go-lucky but down-on-his-luck Akpos resumes at Crystal Hotel for a day-job as a waiter. He has been hired by a private firm as part of the catering team for the Minister of Poverty Alleviation and her well-heeled colleagues who are launching a scheme to aid the poor.
