Sachidanandan (Mohanlal) was convicted for accidental murder whilst still a teenager. After spending 24 years in jail, and developing a super-ability of sharp night vision, Sachidanandan is released from jail due to the efforts of his youngest brother Manu (Sarjano Khalid). His other brother is Vishnu (Anoop Menon). Just as Sachi is adjusting to life outside jail after 24 years, he is recruited by cop Vedantham (Arbaaz Khan) to help the police track down drug lord Edwin Moses. In between, a love story develops between Sachi and Arya (Mirnaa Menon), a girl he has to protect. The story goes through various twists and turns at crucial points, only to end in a surprising climax.
