Aashram Hindi Political Web Series Is Streaming Online Watch on MX Player, Release Date 31st August 2020. This Political Crime Thriller is set in the fictional city of Kashipur and is about an empire built by a Godman Baba Nirmala (portrayed masterfully by Bobby Deol). The saint is beloved throughout the city, especially those among the ‘lower castes’ as he has given them a voice and a platform to be equal just like anyone else. Due to his mass support, politicians come to him; either asking for his wisdom or to get his support for the upcoming state elections. But all is not what it seems in the Aashram. Several women are found missing since they have gone joined up with the cult. There is an underground jail for suppressing women who are trying to speak out against Baba Nirmala and his flock. After a skeleton of a woman is discovered in the wood near to the city, the police investigation turns to Baba Nirmal’s priced jewel, The Aashram. The trailer for the web series has shown us that this will show us a very different side of Bobby Deol, a side we have not seen before. His charismatic portrayal and bone chilling attitude is exciting to see and we cant wait to see him in action on 31st August.
