Created by Sahana Dutta, ‘Mohomaya’ is psychological thriller drama that revolves around a young boy Rishi (Bipul Patra), who used to tie down his mother in the name of protecting her but in reality it was nothing less than a torture. He now comes in contact with a lady (Swastika Mukherjee) who treats him like a son.

Rishi now feels the same obsession and urge to protect her from pain. For this he even goes on take certain extreme steps like hurting people close to the lady. But will he ever want to break away from the chain of his own torture?
